It's been a while...

I know things are feeling pretty uncertain right now. I hope you are safe, healthy, and keeping busy, but finding balance. So many of you have reached out telling me how you have been doing the classes online and you are enjoying them, but lets be real, I MISS TEACHING! to people!


So with not knowing how long our new normal may last, we have had to find new ways of doing things, and new ways to connect, as we are a tribe. I want to keep you strong, both mentally and physically; so I am hoping we can ZOOM our classes starting next week.If you are interested in joining me for these classes please let me know with a quick text or message and I will keep you in the loop. Or click below and head over to the ZOOM Barre session planned for this Friday at 12:15pm as we have a meet up to try this new format out.

And even though the doors are closed for you to enter the house, know that I am here to help! If you have any questions, muscular issues, or concerns, please message me and I will reach out to help. And in a continued effort to help, I am offering free weights, yoga mats, bands, and yoga blocks available for pick up and borrow if you should need any items, to continue your fitness work at home.
