Fitness classes, they are for everbody and ever body! Whether you are looking for high intensity, low impact, weights, cardio, yoga, or quick 30 minute class; there is something here for you! Browse the classes below, and join Shawna for a class. Most classes are multi-level meaning there are options to make this class acheivable for beginners and to those looking for advancements. Beginners are always welcome, please arrive 15 minutes before class to settle in. To register please email or book online where available.

BARRE

Barre is a no impact class that combines yoga, pilates, and strength training focusing on small isometric movements. It works to isolate and exhaust each muscle group and then really relax and stretch it before moving on to the next body part. Performing ballet like exercises helps to increase lean muscle mass, resulting in a sculpted and toned body.

POWER CIRCUITS
MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS AT 5:30PM
A circuit based resistance class using weights, ropes, exercise balls and more to provide your body with a full body training session, it's like having your own personal trainer! Sure to torch major calories! Great if you are looking to lose body fat, gain muscle, tone, strengthen, increase energy and more!

YOGA FLOW
MONDAYS at 6PM
THURSDAYS at 4:45PM
A class accessible to for all fitness levels, combines dynamic postures with breather to open, strengthen and detoxify the body. Modifications are provided to newer students while simultaneously offering challenges to more experienced students.

TABATA
TUESDAYS @ 11am
Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) that's been proven to torch serious calories quickly. In Tabata class, each round lasts four minutes. It requires 20 seconds of all out intensity, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times for a total of 4 minutes. Class consists of 4 rounds of tabatas for a sure fire heart pumping workout. .

BODY SHRED

STRETCH
FRIDAYS @10am
We all know we need it but often don't take the time for it, well here, we will. Take 30 minutes, as you are lead through a full-body stretch. Working to improve flexibility, increase range of motion and help in injury prevention. This class is great for all levels and abilities.

Doors open 10 minutes prior to each class.
Wear clothing that is comfortable and supportive, and that you can easily move in.
Bring towel, water, and yoga mat if necessary.
Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled class.
Refrain from wearing perfume or scented oils in class, as people may have allergies
For yoga, bring your own mat but know that we have towels, mats, and water available if you need.
Please turn off cell phones when you enter. As a courtesy to the other participants no cell phone activity during classes.
Come on an empty stomach, aim to refrain eating 1-2 hours before class and drink plenty of water.
