Fitness classes, they are for everbody and ever body! Whether you are looking for high intensity, low impact, weights, cardio, yoga, or quick 30 minute class; there is something here for you! Browse the classes below, and join Shawna for a class. Most classes are multi-level meaning there are options to make this class acheivable for beginners and to those looking for advancements. Beginners are always welcome, please arrive 15 minutes before class to settle in. To register please email or book online where available.

Doors open 10 minutes prior to each class.
Wear clothing that is comfortable and supportive, and that you can easily move in.
Bring towel, water, and yoga mat if necessary.
Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled class.
Refrain from wearing perfume or scented oils in class, as people may have allergies
For yoga, bring your own mat but know that we have towels, mats, and water available if you need.
Please turn off cell phones when you enter. As a courtesy to the other participants no cell phone activity during classes.
Come on an empty stomach, aim to refrain eating 1-2 hours before class and drink plenty of water.
